Sam works with clients of all ages and abilities, developing fitness, confidence & helping people to achieve their goals. Success is measured by seeing clients achieve and sometimes exceed their goals. Having achieved a sports science degree from St Mary’s University in 1994 he has been working, managing and personal training in gyms ever since.

Sam has a strong sporting background training alongside professional rugby players and Olympic bobsleigh athletes which has given him an insight into elite level training and many different training techniques. Combined with technique and impecable form, nutrition is important - you can’t outrun your knife & fork!
